I don't think you'll have any compatibility issues here...personally, I would go with an ATI card over Nvidia though. Also, whatever motherboard you has selected is no longer available. As for the fans, either looks cool...I would probably go with the second one...thinner equals more room, lol.

Nice possible setup mate, by the way, what games would you play to take advantage of your high'(ish) end rig? :)

ATI has gave NVIDIA a battle the passed few years with it's DX11 cards, but NVIDIA are by far the better choice, they own all the time. If you can afford one .....Get a GTX 480, i think the 580 which is released is 10% faster, which is pointless, as you will not notice it anyway.

I cant see a possible bottleneck with that setup (maybe the CPU at times), just overclock that CPU if you get a nice powerful yet silent cooler and your fine n dandy for many years!

Well the best graphics game still (3 year old) is Crysis. But get games like Battlefield Bad company 2 DX11, etc..... Medal Of Honor 2010 is intense and good online, can get boring, but you might not be into war first person shooter games?
