It's all in the brlyt, just use customizemii to extract the brlyt and then use benzin to parse it out to xmlyt

If you want a plain background then it's easy to change the colour. Read through it to find some reference to backgroundpic (picture) or backgroundmat (material). Somewhere in there will be some tags that describe the colour in RRRGGGBBBAAA, just change those.

To change the text you need to go through the brlyt and find the <text> tags. Inside those you'll see a bunch of hex (UTF16BE text encoding). Copy the text code into Leathl's UTF16BE text coverter to read it/replace it.

Use benzin to write the xmlyt back brlyt and then use customizemii to replace the current one.

hmm....looked through the brlyts...I thought I had found the color code, but it didn't work...I'll have to look again. Why is there a background image if the color is set be the brlyt? I didn't realize the text would be in hex, lol

Anyway, I get these two things changed and my Netflix channel will be done!

My understanding of it is that you need an image to be able to display a colour. In the case of the facebook channel it's simply an 8x8 white image. The brlyt tells it what colour white picels should be shown as and also how big it should be displayed on screen.
