 install bootmii as boot2 I'm new to the wii world and I have the latest wii (black wii) that came with the 4.3U firmware. It only allows me to install bootmii as IOS and not as boot2. From what I understand having bootmii as boot2 offers 100% brick protection (correct me if I wrong please). Is there anyway I can install bootmii as boot2? or is there another method that will allow my wii to become unbrickable? thanks in advance for any answers.

Re: install bootmii as boot2 there is no way to install bootmii as boot2 on you wii
your best bet is to install priiloader it can fix 99% of bricks
only real way to brick after installing priiloader is by installing a system wad

Re: install bootmii as boot2 if your wanting to upgrade to a new firmware you should check out modmii its a great program
