 Making Korean Themes
I guess this is really aimed at diddy81, but if anyone has any thoughts, feel free to chime in!
A couple of questions of you sir...
1) Why do Korean Wiis get bricked if you use a non-Korean .mym to create the .csm? 2) How do you make a Korean-safe .mym? 3) Are there additional risks assciated with installign a theme on a Korean Wii region changed to PAL/USA? 4) Have you had many people download your Korean themes? I've never really come across people with Korean Wiis apart from those that have been region changed. 5) Have you made any Wii U themes yet ;)
I'm just interested really!
Thanks!

 Re: Making Korean Themes
1) there are 2 copys of 3 of the ash files board.ash is just a duplicate of board.ash diskBann2.ash is a duplicate as well but the brlyt and brlan have different names from the original ash and setupsel2.ash is the same as the original setupsel.ash although the menu has 2 copys of these files only the xxxxx2.ash files are loaded
2) its mostly just sorting the extra 3 ash files with the correct names for the files the menu uses
3) not that i know of once its region changed it should just try to call normal named files so it should be safe
4) no the ones i posted have never been downloaded or thre host hasnt counted any but the ones in modmii have been quite a bit modmii is the only reason i even looked in to korean themes as XFlax wanted to support it
5) as soon as i can get a hold of the base menu for the Wii U i will be looking at them ;)
personally i dont think making korean themes is worth the time as you said they are all region changed only reason i posted them was because i had them lol
