So here it is. A request by murdaz partially fullfilled (no duck hunt... yet). Hopefully he is ok with a forwarder, since I didn't see him specifically mention what type of channel. Its created using 2 legal base wads made by CountZero (1 for icon and 1 for banner).
Make sure you have Preloader and/or BootMii installed when using Wads or any form of Wii Hacking.

Since it says it's a Legal base wad does this mean it can be installed on IOS58?

Any channel can be installed on ios58.

Really?! Would MMM or Wad Manager work without the use of cios? I thought you needed them to do so? I was also told that if it doesn't boot on IOS58 it wouldn't work. Please reply, all the info I can get the better. I have many channels but I was told that many needed to be on cios 249 or 250 which is my confusion.

The channel uses an ios to load, then the program loads whatever ios it wants to use. If you want a specific program to use a particular ios, you have to choose it from within the program, If possible.
Mmm is wad manager, and I know you can choose ios while running it.
